At a glance

  • Estimated delivery within Canada: 5–12 business days after shipment.
  • Tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.
  • Split shipments may occur (items from different artisans/partners).
  • To edit/cancel an unshipped order: email info@rituelfabrique.ca.

Shipping — how it works

  1. You’ll receive an order confirmation email.
  2. Once shipped, we’ll send your tracking link.
  3. Allow 5–12 business days for delivery within Canada (timelines vary by product/carrier).

Address & changes — if your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP to correct the address or adjust items.

Split shipments — items made by different studios may ship from separate locations; multiple tracking numbers may apply.

International — timelines vary by destination. Import fees/duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed/damaged parcels — if tracking is inactive for over 12 business days post-shipment, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can file a carrier claim.
