Condition — unused, unwashed, in original packaging when possible.
Exchanges — subject to stock (colour/variant). Email us to reserve.
Refunds — to original payment method after inspection (5–10 banking business days).
Damages — report within 7 days with photos; replacement or refund.
Return shipping — customer's responsibility, unless we made an error.
International — shipping costs and duties are the customer's responsibility.
